- Easy Returns: If you are not satisfied with the performance of a product, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery, even if the product has been used.
- Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return, report shipping damages, or flag missing items.
- User Condition: Items must not be physically damaged or broken by the user due to mishandling to be eligible for a refund.

1. Chemical & Maintenance Products
(Examples: Waxes, Polishes, Shampoos, Chain Cleaners, Lubes, Rodent Repellents, and Air Fresheners)
- Performance Satisfaction: You can return these within 7 days even after trial use if they do not meet your expectations.
- Condition: The bottle/container should not be more than 20% consumed.
2. Electronics & Smart Devices
(Examples: Portable Vacuums, Tyre Inflators, and Electronic Detailing Tools)
- Defects & Damage: Electronics are eligible for return or refund only if the product arrives damaged, is a manufacturing unit failure, or if an incorrect item was delivered.
- Performance Clause: Unlike our chemical range, electronics are not eligible for return or refund based on performance dissatisfaction.
- Replacements: If your electronic unit is found to be faulty upon arrival, we offer a hassle-free replacement at no extra cost.
3. Accessories & Tools
(Examples: Hoora Car Duster, Microfiber Cloths, and Brushes)
- Condition: Eligible for return within 7 days if the performance is not satisfactory or if there is a manufacturing defect.

Return & Refund Process

- Verification: Share your order ID and the mandatory unboxing video. For performance related returns, please provide a brief description of the issue.
- Pickup: Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled from your delivery address.
- Inspection: Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection (checking for user-inflicted damage), your refund will be cleared.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment source within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Scenarios
- Return requests initiated after the 7-day window.
- Products physically broken, burnt, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
