  • Easy Returns: If you are not satisfied with the performance of a product, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery, even if the product has been used.
  • Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return, report shipping damages, or flag missing items.
  • User Condition: Items must not be physically damaged or broken by the user due to mishandling to be eligible for a refund.

1. Chemical & Maintenance Products

(Examples: Waxes, Polishes, Shampoos, Chain Cleaners, Lubes, Rodent Repellents, and Air Fresheners)

  • Performance Satisfaction: You can return these within 7 days even after trial use if they do not meet your expectations.
  • Condition: The bottle/container should not be more than 20% consumed.

2. Electronics & Smart Devices

  • Defects & Damage: Electronics are eligible for return or refund only if the product arrives damaged, is a manufacturing unit failure, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

  5. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment source within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Scenarios
