Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All the orders will be shipped within 4–7 business days after placing (Monday – Saturday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email.
Once the order is dispatched, please allow at least 7–14 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code and region.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product.
In case of pre-paid orders, your package will be re-shipped.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled from our end.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All sales are final from our end. We do not accept returns unless it is the case of a manufacturing defect or damaged product.
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same and will help you resolve it.
Please click a picture of the product and send it to us within 2 days of delivery.
The product must then be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging and unused condition.

REFUND POLICY
No refund or store credit policy applicable. Only replacements will be provided in case of valid defects/damages.
